Jeremy - Bass Guitar & Vocals
My brother and I started performing in theaters at the tender age of six. As a musician, our mother encouraged us to be involved with musicals that were available to us without interfering with school work. As I grew into my teen years the sounds of rock-n-roll entered into my blood. At age thirteen, I knew I wanted to play music in a rock band. Having a twin brother and close cousin (Andy H.) of the same age, we decided to take guitar lessons from our older cousin whom we refer to as “Master Lee”. I took up the bass and the three of us were on our way to making music with our guitars and vocals. Influenced by my older sister’s album collection, I came across a masterpiece of music by Pink Floyd called The Wall. This music inspired me to get an entire band together. With two guitars, a bass and spending the last year jamming in the basement, we knew we were ready for a drummer. We asked Nick to join and immediately started playing parties, entering and winning high school talent shows. A couple years after graduation Jason, Nick and I joined the Purdue Calumet Jazz Show Choir and met Rob Martinez (keyboards). We traveled and performed The Magic Kingdom at Disney World and college conventions in Chicago. We then performed clubs, festivals and concert stages playing rock cover tunes. I’ve had the pleasure of singing with Andy Williams, The Statler Bros. and sharing the stage with rock legends Foreigner, Reo Speedwagon and Foghat. After thirteen years of playing almost every weekend, I realized we needed to start our tribute band to Pink Floyd. With twenty-five years of experience playing bass and thirty years singing, I’m incredibly happy performing tribute concerts to my favorite band….Pink Floyd.
